This programme is designed to equip public relations practitioners with greater skills, knowledge and a better appreciation of public relations in the private and public environment.

Applicants should possess at least GCE 'A' level passes with a credit in General Paper and those without an 'A' level education but with five years of working experience in public relations may also apply.

Applicant must submit the application form with $20 non-refundable application fee and along with this they should also pay $580 registration fee, which is refundable.
